In 2025, he made a pivotal decision: to return to his roots and launch a business that blends practical skill with strategic insight. Gemba Property Development Ltd was born from a passion for hands-on work and a commitment to delivering smart, effective property solutions.

Having personally renovated and improved numerous homes—from full-scale transformations to targeted refurbishments—he discovered a deep drive to breathe new life into tired buildings and unlock their true potential.

The company name “Gemba” comes from the Japanese term meaning “the real place”—a philosophy that our founder utilised throughout his career to drive continuous improvements in the workplace and now guides everything we do as our company grows. We focus on understanding our clients, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering tangible value.
